At the heart of our practice is founder and principal engineer Jorge El-Khouri, a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with over 20 years of hands-on experience across civil infrastructure. Jorge’s expertise spans design, construction, construction supervision, maintenance, traffic investigations, project management, asset management, and development engineering — bringing a rare depth and breadth of knowledge to every project we undertake.
Jorge holds full membership with Engineers Australia (MIEAust), is registered on the National Engineering Register (NER), and is a Registered Professional Engineer in both Queensland (RPEQ) and Victoria. His professional practice is guided by a firm commitment to integrity, technical excellence, and outstanding client service.
